I’m putting together a new video that walks through setting up DotNetNuke (DNN) completely from scratch on Windows 11, start to finish. This isn’t a “high-level overview” — it’s a real, hands-on install showing exactly how I set up a working DNN environment the way I’d do it in production or a proper lab.
The video covers the full process: preparing Windows 11, configuring IIS, setting up SQL Server, handling permissions, and getting DNN installed and running cleanly. Along the way, I’ll point out common gotchas, things that trip people up, and a few best practices I’ve learned from running DNN sites in the real world.
